Hey I'm Allison. I originally joined Spark in Jan 2008. I did great for a few months and almost hit my goal weight. I got busy and fell off. I'm ready to get back into this and lose the weight I gained since then and then get to my goal weight.

Training for the Walt Disney World Marathon in Jan 2013. Following the Smart Coach training plan from Runner's World.

Following Jamie Eason's Livefit training program for weight lifting.

Diet- trying to eat clean and all natural.

Other Information:
I love to cook. I'm always looking for new recipes and try to keep it healthy. Trying new things at home helps keep me from eating out too much. I also like to read.
