Hey I'm Allison. I originally joined Spark in Jan 2008. I did great for a few months and almost hit my goal weight. I got busy and fell off. I'm ready to get back into this and lose the weight I gained since then and then get to my goal weight.

My Program:
Training for the Walt Disney World Marathon in Jan 2013. Following the Smart Coach training plan from Runner's World. Following Jamie Eason's Livefit training program for weight lifting. Diet- trying to eat clean and all natural.
Other Information:
I love to cook. I'm always looking for new recipes and try to keep it healthy. Trying new things at home helps keep me from eating out too much. I also like to read.
