Win or lose, only I hold the key to my destiny." -Anonymous So a bit about myself.. I'm a stay at home mom and the 1st time I joined sparkpeople was in 2009 but didn't make it very far. Then when I finally decided that I wanted to get healthy at the begining of this year (2011, it was actually my new years resolution) I came back to sparkpeople because you can track everything all in one place, but when I entered my weight in the tracker it told be that I wan't just over weight but I ws obese. That really opened my eyes to how far I had let myself go and well to be honest it really sucked! Then I began my weight loss journey. 6 months of P90X, after that Kettlebells, then RushFit, 8 months later 54lbs dropped and on September 19th,2011 I weighed in @ a healthy body weight!!! Dreams really do come true, sometime you just have to help out a bit. I still have a ways to go but if my journey could inspire or help someone on theirs that would be amazing. Just remeber hard work and determination do pay off and making excuses will get you nowhere. **ITS A NEW DAY,push it to the limit**
