Check that you are consuming enough calories for your BMR with the level of activity you have. I found out I was short changing myself a solid 350 calories a day because my BMR with my current activity is way more than what Sparkpeople gave me. So I've been tired, depressed, hypoglycemic because I wasn't eating enough. Been essentially starving my body without realising it.
