Be able to walk around the block without feeling like I'm going to die.
Be able to wear a size 20 pants.
I'm eating smaller portions, of food that is better for me. I'm drinking less soda (my daily goal is 1 or less). I'm getting up and walking or doing some mild aerobics every night.
I live in South Georgia. I'm a caretaker for my aging parents. Surprisingly (for my size) I am not diabetic, hypertensive and don't have any major health issues. I do have difficulty walking due to a car wreck, and can't lift more than 10lbs with my right arm, due to the same. Makes working out a bit awkward, but there must be a way I can do it!
