My Goals:
Be able to walk around the block without feeling like I'm going to die.

Be able to wear a size 20 pants.



My Program:
I'm eating smaller portions, of food that is better for me.
I'm drinking less soda (my daily goal is 1 or less).
I'm getting up and walking or doing some mild aerobics every night.

Personal Information:
I live in South Georgia.
I'm a caretaker for my aging parents.
Surprisingly (for my size) I am not diabetic, hypertensive and don't have any major health issues.
I do have difficulty walking due to a car wreck, and can't lift more than 10lbs with my right arm, due to the same. Makes working out a bit awkward, but there must be a way I can do it!

CONGRADS!! on the 7lbs lost!! and when I started working out and losing weight my headaches vanished so yes your migraines do get better with exercise and weight loss :)

Welcome!!!

I started my journey on 09/05/2006 and I did not expect for it to happen....I lost 30lbs in 4 months!!!

Spark People WORKS!!

It does become a habit and you will succeed. This is a GREAT site and best of all it's FREE!! You have nothing to lose but weight and you are motivating soooo many which is the BEST FEELING EVER!!

and remember if motivation leaves you, find will power and reel him on in :)
