One Day at a time

I am a 32 year old mother of 4 with that stubborn baby belly fat to get rid of. :) A little more to go...I can make it...found SPARK to late :( Well I have been on the weight loss path for a while now. Three years ago I was 170lbs. I started dieting and lost some weight. Then July 25th 2006 I was down to 159 and frustrated. I started dieting better and doing Pilates for 20 min. I fell off the Pilates wagon in August at 150lbs. Once school for the kids was back in full swing I decided it ...
I am a 32 year old mother of 4 with that stubborn baby belly fat to get rid of. :) A little more to go...I can make it...found SPARK to late :( Well I have been on the weight loss path for a while now. Three years ago I was 170lbs. I started dieting and lost some weight. Then July 25th 2006 I was down to 159 and frustrated. I started dieting better and doing Pilates for 20 min. I fell off the Pilates wagon in August at 150lbs. Once school for the kids was back in full swing I decided it was time to get fit. I set a small goal of getting under the 150 that I was stuck at. So in November I started again and got down to 148 in a few weeks. By April I was at 140 and feeling better. I got down to 136 and had some problems. Alot of stress and injury. Now I am here again. I am not sure how well I can do but I need to try. I have problems with my feet and my doctor says to have surgery but I don't think I can. I can no longer use my usual weightloss routines but I am trying to find new ones. I can not live like this anymore. I am not happy with all the extra weight. None of my old clothes fit. (again) Overall I went from a size 12 unhappy with my self mother of 4 with no energy ... to a size 4/6 mother of 4 who actually has energy to play with them!!! And now back to a size 10. Time to get back to the 4/6 not the 12. Now that I am back on this site I only feel more strength and support for reaching my goals. I just wish I had returned sooner.

My Goals:
To reach my goal weight of 125 and have more energy to keep up with my 4 children.

To develop healthy eating habbits for myself and my family.

My Program:
Tracking calories eaten and burned. Exercising daily. No longer eating after 7pm.

Pilates and Cardio along with weights to tone my body. I also have an exercise ball to add some fun to some of my workouts. :)

Personal Information:
I am a 30 year old from RI with 4 beautiful children and a loving and supportive husband. I am a stay at home Mom and student at the New York Institute of Photography.

If you've been to see Dr. H. you'll know I had my baby. :) There are some pics taped to the desk. Gwendolyn Grace was born on November 19, a week early. It has been SO overwhelming getting used to a baby, doing the whole mommy thing - how do you do this more than once?! :) Hope you're keeping up with your weight loss goals; I'm worse off than before, since I got to over 200 lbs. *sigh*

Well lookie what we have here! I never would have guessed YOU needed to lose weight! You look great whenever you come into the office - but I guess that's the result of a lot of hard work! I bet you get a lot of exercise running after the kids. I'll be finding out firsthand soon enough... :)

Hey, welcome back! I am just getting back too, after two months away. Let's start by getting in our water quota, and some exercise and go from there! We can do it together!
