Taking the slow road....but at least I'm following it :)

My goals:
1. Get in at least 5 -40 minute workouts a week, 2 of those days need to be partly strength training
2. Track my food 6 days per week
3. Drink at least 64-80 oz of water a day
4. Learn to not be so hard on myself when I do mess up....I am only human and we all make mistakes
5. Keep up with my goals, while still spending quality time with my family
6. Learn better ways to cope with stress
7. Limit alcohol to weekends only and only 3-4 drinks ...

About Me:
I am a happily married mother of 2 little girls, ages 9 and 5. I work full time as a medical coding specialist and part time as an E/M Auditor and really do like what I do. I work from and that has made it alot easier for me to follow a regular workout routine. I am also an active member of our local Jaycee chapter. I also joined Beachbody as a coach!! I love all of Beachbody's programs and Shakeology. If you want to learn more about the programs or Shakeology...let me know.

Over the last year I have lost 30 lbs using Turbo Fire, Les Mills Pump,the Ultimate Reset and Shakeology. If I can do it, so can you.

I have realized, I stress myself out by expecting too much of myself and others, so I need to cope better with stress, give myself a little "me time" every once in awhile ...because honestly, I'm not giving up any one of the things that keep me busy. (Update-I have been working on this quite a bit in 2012 and am proud to say I am more accepting of myself now :) )

The .9 weight goals are to say that I am below a specific number...lol!

To be healthier, so that I can keep up with my daughters.

Keep moving...workout, in some way or another at least 4 days a week.

My Program:
Workout: Beachbody programs. Finishing up Turbo Fire, now onto Insanity and Les Mills Pump.

Keep my calories in range: 1600-1800 and drink Shakeology daily

Alcohol: only weekends and a minimal amount
