Staying Healthy

I am pretty healthy, I try to eat right, I exercise a lot, I love running. I am just trying to keep the motivation to stay in shape and stay healthy.

Update 2009 - I've gotten out of shape since I've moved to NYC, mostly because my eating habits have been terrible and my work hours have been ridiculous! Things have slowed down at work, so I am getting back to the gym and eating healthier.

Hey hon,

You know what, sometimes the scale just refuses to budge but it doesn't matter because all that counts is that you feel good and look good too. And let's face it, you are smokin! I'm hanging in there, gained a bunch of weight the past 2 weeks (almost 4 pounds but that's actually average just not norm for me). I got 2 weeks to go till my due date and only 2 weeks after that if I go over due so I just got to stay in control. Stay by my side, crazy pregnant lady over!
