Pretty Lady??? is that what you called me??? Hon, I'm in full mom mode. LOL I looked at myself in the reflection of the van and was like...Lordy woman...at least brush your hair back. I mean, no one in the car next to me can tell that I didn't brush my teeth but they can tell that I haven't brushed my hair...or changed out of my night time clothes...LOL
I understand the deal with not tracking. Normally I don't either but I will go off and track for a week or two to see how I'm doing and to remind myself to eat right. I'm pretty much doing that now. It's been such a change going from unhealthy diet habits, to healthy, to pregnancy and now to nursing. I really need the challenge because the extra calories needed is amazing!
But, all in all, I'm glad to see you on the 30 Day Make It Habit thread. I felt alone there for a while. LOL
I just read your post. I am on week 9 for the BFL. It has been pretty challenging but it does keep me focused. What is the weight schedule for the reps and such. Ill prolly just go and look at the website. I did see the examples. Do they have a routine too? 2472 days ago
