Staying Healthy

I am pretty healthy, I try to eat right, I exercise a lot, I love running. I am just trying to keep the motivation to stay in shape and stay healthy.

Update 2009 - I've gotten out of shape since I've moved to NYC, mostly because my eating habits have been terrible and my work hours have been ridiculous! Things have slowed down at work, so I am getting back to the gym and eating healthier.

I think I'm going to start doing 2 weeks of the SOUTH BEACH DIET and then switch over to the BFL Program from there.

How are you doing? Some days it ain't easy finding motivation but in the end it will all be worth it!
