Sew for myself, my family and friends, Days for Girls
Track my Bible reading; Make time for praise each day.
I am healthy, I can exercise, I sleep well, I enjoy my food.

Working to record on the WWW the stories of my ancestors...stories that may be lost if I do not get them written down. Stories of families starting churches, donating ...

it is all there for me to write for the 1,000th generation of those who serve God(Exodus 20:6)

January 2015
Have energy to be productive at work, enjoy sewing every week, spend time with friends.
Maintain weight and flexibility as I age gracefully.
June 2015 Working on getting my genealogy information onto the WWW for future family members to find easily.

My Program:
Continue cardio 4X week.
Strength training using what I have at home 2 X week.
Be aware of my nutrition and eat 7-9 fruits/veg daily.
Track Bible reading and Dairy intake.

Personal Information:
My name is Joyce. I live in a small town in the Missouri Ozarks.
Children are all grown. Hubby is medically retired. I continue to work full time evenings in a hospital setting.



Other Information:
Asob Falls was a favorite stop on a frequent childhood trip. I hope these pleasant memories of climbing around on rocks and watching the water fall will keep me motivated to check back regularly.

Remove the shame about menstruation by talking, sharing stories, identifying the feelings.

Food-for-thought this week:

Diets have a start and a finish, but a lifestyle change will last forever. Imagine yourself where you want to be, and that is where you will go. Being mindful about your eating can help you stay focused on your weight loss plan. As you eat, pay close attention to all your senses. Use your tongue to feel the texture of the food, gauge its temperature, and take a whiff of the aroma. Ask yourself if it is something that is really satisfying your taste buds. Every choice is yours to make!
