I want to Reach my healthy BMI and maintain it.
to gain strength and flexibility...and just reclaim my life from the "I don't care" depression monster.
De-Clutter my house.
My Program:
Continue cardio 4X week.
Strength training using what I have at home 2 X week.
Be aware of my nutrition and eat 7-9 fruits/veg daily.
Track Sleep, water intake, Bible reading.

My name is Joyce. I live in a small town in the Missouri Ozarks.
Children are all grown. Hubby is medically retired. I continue to work full time evenings in a hospital setting.
Other Information:
Asob Falls was a favorite stop on a frequent childhood trip. I hope these pleasant memories of climbing around on rocks and watching the water fall will keep me motivated to check back regularly.
