Getting Fit in the Heartland
I joined SP in 2008 to track my meals, fitness, and weight. I lost 19 lbs and I'm staying fit, but my weight leveled off and I allowed my time on SP to slip. Partial success, YES! Satisfied, No!
Now I'm back to make sure I'm getting ENOUGH calories... I'm eating for two! I joined the SP site BabyFit.com, but its nutrition and fitness trackers don't compare to the SP main site. I'll definitely need SP to get back on track after I have the baby too. Wish me luck!
