Do not quit, do not quit, do not quit......
Hi. I'm Chrissy. I tried this once......and well, fell so far off the wagon that I had trouble finding it again! I did well last year (March-May 2011) for about 2 months.....then it was all downhill from there. This week (January 9, 2012) I am at it again. I am to the point of complete disgust with my body and WILL make it happen this time. I'm not aiming to be skinny, I am aiming to be content with my body - whether it's 15lbs or 40lbs that I need to shed. And I REALLY need ...

So, here I go again! Wish me luck.....I need all the support, motivation, and assistance I can get!

1. CLX 2. TurboFire 3. Walking/Jogging 4. Burn at least 1,700+ calories a week - workouts only. 5. Trying to eat less than 1,800 calories a day (my biggest problem area).
