    I started SP in mid-August, so I'm not the fastest loser out there by any means, but it IS coming off! I hope to be half way to my goal weight some time in January. I recommend to start with just a couple of changes and then build on that. And make sure you have a horrible "before" picture... I didn't take one and now I'm regretting it -- There is nothing that will stop me from getting to goal! You'll understand why "this time is different" each day you log into SP-- a bit of a learning curve at first, and for me it was real time consuming, but this time is the LAST time i'll be working at weight loss and getting healthy. So its all worth it. Some unbelievably kind and knowledgeable people here as well. The teams help as do the variety of "challenges" you can join as well -- at least for me.
