I'm a teacher who's working three part-time jobs and going to grad school. I love to cook and hate to exercise. I have a gym membership, but somehow each day goes by without my getting there; something always happens. My goal at the moment is to get at least 30 minutes of cardio and at least one strength-training exercise every day. My Goals:
I want to be healthy and in good shape, and I'd like to be back to the size I was in college, only without the "tummy". I think this will end up being about 20# less than the size I was in college...

My Program:
I've started using the SparkDiet, and I'm trying to exercise at least 30 minutes a day -- I'm trying to get to the gym for biking, running, and swimming. I've been pretty good at the "at least 30 minutes" thing, so I'm trying to add in strength training at least 3x/week, if not 6x.

Other Information:
I love to cook, and my other hobbies are reading and cross-stitching. Very sedentary! We also like to go camping and hiking, so I'm trying to get my knee and hip in shape so I can backpack without pain.

You should write your goals down. I find it so much easier to keep on track with them when they are written down, and even more so when they are on the fridge.

I like Chobani, and there's one called 'noosa that's really good, and I like So Delicious Coconut, too. And....yummmmmm.....dark chocolate!

I would love to meet up for a run. I usually do it on the treadmill at my gym but I NEED to get outside more.

Oh, the Chronicles of Narnia were absolutely my favorite books growing up~ I read them each 7 times!

I went out in search of Turkish Delight because of that part with Edmund~ it really is good.
