Finding my way to a better me
I am HCG Defender. I believe everyone has the right to chose the diet of their choice and for what works for them without the threat of being removed from Sparkpeople or being harassed by a coward.
I chose hCG because even with doing the right thing of exercise, cardio, weight lifting, and eating right I still found myself not losing weight. When I reach my goal, I will maintain my new form with doing all the "right" ways again. But hCG is working for me.
