I'm single, 30 years old male. Ex-coach-potato. Since I've finished 9 years I always was overweight or obesse! Accountant, so sitting job made me few years ago more obesse. Since October 2008 I've lost max. 30 kg (starting from 135 kg / 298 lbs. Last few months I've spoiled diet and when I joined here I weighted 112 kg / 247 lbs (instead 105 kg / 231 lbs that I managed to reach last year). I'm still overweight - I should weight less than 100 kg to have correct BMI ( I'm very tall - 200 cm / 78.7 inches). I train for marathon (tough it's long journey before I would be able to do that). So I plan to try half-marathon in june first (it'll be two years since i started running). It's good time to back on the track and reach the weight of healthy person. I hope this page will help me to do that.

I run 20-40 km (12-25 miles) a week + strenght training and sometimes bicycle and ski . I use the fitneess and tracking tools on the site and get motivation from community.

Heyyy! Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. My transition back to Canada really upset my routine of logging things online, but I'm hoping to get back into it. I've been doing some longer running routes, and am starting a rowing class tomorrow!

What have you been up to lately? Any travelling plans coming up soon?

Hey - I'm SO glad you're back!! How have things been going lately? I almost thought you were gone forever.
