The trackers on here are amazing! As long as you stick with it, it will become second nature. 4 lbs?!?!?! You're awesome!!!! Sticking with the healthy eating is the hardest for me, so woohoo for not cheating!! Silly as it sounds, I started with Richard Simmons "Sweatin' to the Oldies". The first time I did a half hour workout, I thought I was going to die. Little by little, it will get easier. You need to build your heart, lungs, and muscle. If you can do 30 minutes 5 days a week, you'll be great. You can break it up into smaller increments too, so 3 10 minute workouts , or 2 15 minute increments. Don't go too crazy at first or you'll hurt yourself.
