i need to do this already!
Okay, so this is where I say I'm sorry for slacking... and I am. In a way I think I needed it, but I shouldn't have given up on myself. Update- Today is December 29. My baby girl is now six months and 4 days old. My weight is 189, that is seven pounds less than before I got pregnant. That is almost six pounds more than the last time I weighed in. I am in serious need of help. My eating habits have become that of a grazing flock of cattle. I cannot, and do not stop eating- ...
I cannot, and do not stop eating- even when I know I am overly full. Why? I need to reclaim myself. Update- On June 25 my beautiful daughter Cera was born! The last time I weighed prior to giving birth I was a whopping 215.6lbs. Yikes! I inched by, barely avoiding the max of what I wanted to gain. Today is July 3, I am eight days post partum and I am happy to be back at my prepregnancy weight! Hooray! So, as of now my goal to hit by the end of the year is only 20lbs away. I think this is acheivable. My primary goal for now though is to just not gain weight until I am cleared for exercise at my six week post partum check up. UPDATE- Today (6/12/11) I am 37 weeks and 5 days pregnant. My current weight is 211. So as I near the delivery of my beautiful daughter I have only gained 15 pounds. Hooray! I just hope to stay healthy in the coming weeks, and that breast feeding is kind to my weight loss wishes. My last day of work will be 6/15/11, and I am planning to not return to work until 9/1/11. Mostly because with Regan deployed my world will be drastically changed with the birth of our second child. I'm hoping this is a good thing. I plan to go on walks with the kids, and to do small workouts when I can. When Regan gets home I plan on joining Curves- mainly because there is one close by and he can watch the kiddos while I get a 30 minute workout in without interruption a few times a week. On this day (3/17/11) I am 25 weeks and 2 days pregnant. My prepregnancy weight was 196, at the moment I weigh 200lbs. That is such a shocker because I thought those days were over. My goal is to not pass 215 before delivery, but I think that will take some work. I really believe that if I can just be accountable again, and get in some safe workouts I will be able to end this pregnancy on a high note.
