My best friend Tasha (TASHISNOQUITTER) introduced me to this site back in July 2009. I've been off the wagon more than I've been on. Getting my eating under control has been the hardest struggle for me. I want to tone my body and eventually get down to 145 lbs. I need to take this one day at a time. I really just want to love my body and feel good in my own skin. I WILL DO THIS!!!!

I know just how you feel. I remember when we moved into our house, we probably ate out for two months lol. I know it's hard but you just gotta push all of the excuses out the window, unpack those pots and pans, and get to the grocery store! I'm sure with summer looming, you'll get the motivation to get back on track. Wishing you the best of luck girl! My memorial day was so relaxing and it was so beautiful the whole weekend! I only managed to work out on Saturday and pigged out at a BBQ on Sunday. So not the most perfect weekend but I got back on track Monday since we stayed home. This week so far, I've worked out every day and got to the gym once. Last night I slipped up by eating half a cheese steak for dinner but it could have been worse I guess. I'm hoping I lost something this week but we'll see. emoticon
