Getting my eating under control has been the hardest struggle for me. I want to tone my body and eventually get down to 145 lbs. I need to take this one day at a time. I really just want to love my body and feel good in my own skin. I WILL DO THIS!!!!

Aw I know it has to be hard to exercise when you're feeling icky! I hope you're feeling better today. I've been walking 20 minutes a day and using the elliptical at home for 30 minutes. I know I need to get back to the gym though, even just for a few days a week to do strength training. Just have been so lazy and I hate the gym haha
