I'm hoping i'm finally motivated to get into this thing for real. I've been dabling with this site for a year now, but the most i've lost is 3 pounds. I can't keep doing this! I have got to lose this weight. I'm a flight attendant who has been on call for 3 years now and my schedule is so crazy I can never plan a meal more than a day in advance. Half the time I don't even get to a grocery store. I really want to do this now that my schedule is getting a little easier to work with. Any ideas on ...

Any ideas on how to pack a weeks worth of food into a tiny bag would be greatly appreciated and also exercises you can do in a hotel room. Thanks!
