My Goals:
have a better outlook, feel more able to get up and go.

My Program:
To put it simply I'm cutting back on the bad. No drastic diet changes, just no sodas, deserts, or grease, and all around better portioning. Throw in 30 mins workout each day and it seems to be going well.

Personal Information:
Just a person making my way through college in the city and wanting to be healthier.

Other Information:
The only time it's too late to change yourself is when you're dead. Until then, you're simply making excuses or lying to yourself.
