Hi, I'm Ashley-Michelle. After an up and down year, and putting on a lot more weight due to stress, I am back. I recently stepped onto a scale, and I was not pleased with the number that was staring back at me.

I can proudly say that I've been working hard for the last few weeks. The scale can prove it. However, I do not see any change in the mirror yet. I'll post pictures once mid-January comes around in hopes that others can see it! And I definitely feel the difference, my ...

My main goal is to live and be healthy, and to, of course, become an average size.

A LOT of calorie counting and adjusting my eating habits to begin with, then after I master that I will add a more challenging work out routine.

Hey!! :) I don't come on here too much anymore either :S but thank you so much for the encouragement! :D I really like this website I found- 3 fat chicks on a diet- that is very motivating... :) I have lost over 80 lbs since May and am still very much a work in progress!! :) I am mostly walking 5 miles a day and just eating healthier. I did the hcg thing in the beginning which I would never recommend because I think it really messed with my digestive track so now it is slow and steady wins the race for me. :)
