Creating a New Me

I am a 20 year old, married, mother of 1. I am also a full-time college student. I'm trying to lose my baby weight plus some! I have been overweight since I was a child. I have lost a lot of weight before - but I did it in a very unhealthy way. I'm hoping to make a complete lifestyle change so I can not only lose the weight, but keep it off for good! I don't want my daughter to go through the same struggles I have been through in my life. I'm trying to be a good example for her. I want her to ...

Update 10/13/10:
Well, I fell off the bandwagon for a month or so but managed not to gain any weight! I'm back on board now so hopefully I can continue with my weight loss. I've lost 22 lbs and I'm about 30 lbs away from my ultimate goal weight! I get discouraged easily when I don't see the pounds coming off quickly but I know I can do this! I have cut back on my internet time a lot, so I'm not on here as much as I used to be.

Update 2/17/11:
I have lost a total of 35 lbs and I'm finally at a healthy BMI for the first time in my life! Only about 15 lbs to go before my goal weight.
