I want to lose the weight for my husband. I know that sounds like he is a pig, but we both are "de-fatifying". In the last 4 years I have gained 20 pounds. I used to be very active, but when I left for college, I lost my activity.
I am working out 40 minutes a day, doing cardiovascular workouts. I am also eating a lot of fruits and vegi's.
I am from Utah. I have been married for 3 1/2 years.
I teach 8th grade English.
I love reading! I love to write stories. One of my goals in life is to write and publish a children's story.
