My name is Ashley, and I'm chronically fluffy. And I realize that the life I want to live is only as far as my commitment to achieving it is. So, I'm recommitting. Again.
Because commitment is a daily exercise, as much as brushing your teeth. And if I say "yes" more often than I've said "no," nothing is going to stop me.

That pretty much sums it up.
I'm buying into the hype and giving P90X a go! So what does that mean?
Fitness: 60ish mins a day of weight training, cardio, yoga, or kenpoish things.
Nutrition: Right now, I'm eating in more often and doing as low-carb as possible (I lurve me some carbs, so I can't go normal people low-carb). Moving to less low-carb in April.
I'm 27 years old, happily married. I'm also a graduate student, trying to balance researching, teaching, going to conferences, being a wife, staying in shape and staying sane. It's a difficult task.
I'm a big fan of Psych, Monk, How I Met Your Mother, Torchwood and Doctor Who.
I love animals, although current financial situation is prohibitive.
I read for fun.
