Nursing Student look for time to loose weight
Hi all. My name is Ashley. I am 23 year old and a nursing student in Southern California. I am starting with eating less (and better) first and then try to incorporate more exercise. As I said, I am a nursing student and my time is VERY limited outside of studying and doing paperwork. I am really trying to get through the holidays without gaining weight. I have a feeling that eating less candy and not having a 2 month bake fest as usual. We shall see how it goes...
