My Journey to a Better Me!!
My name is Ashley and I'm 27 years old. I work full time and go to grad school full time. The past couple of years have been a roller coster of stress and emotions and I have gained over 50 lbs to hit 225, my highest weight EVER!! I know I need to make a change now so I can be healthy and happy in my future. I'm ready to start my journey!
