Hang in there. I've always found my maintenance to be very vulnerable at the stage you describe.
And BTW, there's nothing wrong with a little healthy vanity... Lots of folks at this stage set body recomposition goals, working toward decreasing fat and increasing muscle. And photos are one of the best ways of seeing progress in that.
So one day you might end up surprising yourself and heading down that route, yourself! LOL

Your welcome!! I didn't think I would like the classes at first; however, I really enjoyed them. I had already added spin classes so I decided to give the others a try. I haven't done any lately. I read one of your comments on a post and had to check out your page. I had lost 30 lbs. and just put 10 on in the past 2 monnths! Looking for ppl who are in my boat and seeing what suggestions thye have or what pulled them out of their funk! Anything? My workouts are great, but the food situation is NOT great. I keep saying how bad I want this again, but my actions speak otherwise. I hope youre making progress towards the 20 you want to lose!
