Ashley's Weight is Over

My name is Ashley and I was super healthy, active all through college and swam at my college. Now, four years later, I've gained a lot.... .a husband, a house, a dog, and about 50 lbs. Here I am... ready to do this the right way... several failed attempts have taught me (I hope) slow and steady wins the race... and that it isn't really a race... but a lifestyle.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to feel healthy and love the way I look.... I am not totally sure of an exact weight I want to be. For now, my goal is to lose 50 pounds. Small goals of drinking plenty of water (normally drink none) and eating 2/3 veggies a day (normally eat none).

My Program:
Tracking my food.
Tracking my exercise.
Eating at least 2/3 veggies.
Drinking water.
Cutting soda (to diet first, then off).
