I was always really active and thin throughout grade school but once i got into highschool I stoped everything and started gaining wieght like crazy. After I graduated high school I noticed that I started gaining even more weight. I'm just sick of always feeling tired and self concious so i've been trying to find a way to stay motivated and eat healthy for years and i finally found something thats fun and a little bit more addicting than facebook!

I am glad that you are seeing results! Don't feel bad about not sticking to the plan completely. We are far from perfect. All that matters is that you are hanging in there. I have been doing better. I started Zumba last week and it has been doing wonders for my body. I hope you have an amazing weekend. Keep in touch!
