On The Way To A Better Me.
My name is Ashlee. (: I am 20 years young, and I have had a problem with my weight for as long as I can remember. I have worked out here and there, but could never stay on track for longer then a couple days, to maybe a week. I did the Ideal Protein Diet back in 2010, and lost 25 pounds on it, in a month. In January of 2012 I tried the Isagenix diet, and only lasted about a week on that one. As soon as I stopped doing them, I put it all back on and plus some. I ...
My name is Ashlee. (: I am 20 years young, and I have had a problem with my weight for as long as I can remember. I have worked out here and there, but could never stay on track for longer then a couple days, to maybe a week. I did the Ideal Protein Diet back in 2010, and lost 25 pounds on it, in a month. In January of 2012 I tried the Isagenix diet, and only lasted about a week on that one. As soon as I stopped doing them, I put it all back on and plus some. I have realized that there is no easy fix for this, and it's going to be hard work. But it's also going to be worth it! My goal is to lose at least 10 pounds a month. If I can do that, it will take me about 1 year and 1 month to get to my goal! I know that I will not always lose 10 pounds, but that's just the goal I am shooting for! I want to feel comfortable in my own skin, and allow myself to live my life to the fullest without all this weight holding me back! I want to be somebody's inspiration! I want to be a success story! Wear a swimsuit/clothes & feel good about wearing them. 4. Have A Healthy/Normal BMI 5. Want to look at myself and be happy with myself. 6. And Finally! Get back to being a happy person! (:
My Program:
-Eating as clean as I can, without depriving myself. -Tracking my food and staying in my calorie range. -Excercise at least 10 mins a day. 6-7 Days A Week.
