My Goals:
Run continuously for 3 miles by Sept. 1, 2012 Long term: manage my sweet tooth in conjunction with fitness and nutrition to prevent diabetes and try to whittle my middle
My Program:
I am gradually increasing the distance/time I run at a time. I can run/walk 10K and run continuously for 1.25 miles as of 5/1/12. I do strength training and group fitness classes regularly. I'm starting to control my portions.
