Hello everyone:)
My name is Ashley. I am currently 20 years old. In May of 2013 I decided it is time for a change! That when I completely changed my eating habits and started to exercise. I have learned over time that its 75% of what you eat and 25% of exercise. My goal weight is 145.

I have been overweight my whole life! I was never bullied in school for my weight but, I decided it was time for a change. Just this past year I have been thinking a lot about my future and what I want to do with my life. Nobody wants to marry an overweight person, and I want to be healthy for my future kids.

My plan:
1.Eat about 1200-1500 calories a day
2.Workout 4-5 times a week
3.Drink only water
4.No soda
5.Atleast 3 servings of fruits or veggies a day
*Diets don't work, they have never once worked for me and I have probably tried almost every diet in the book so instead of going on a 'diet' I just really watch what I eat. This year I plan on doing a juice cleanse maybe a couple times to see how it works!

My Program:
*1200 calories a day
*walk 3 miles 5 times a week
*no fast food
*no soda

Hey guys, my name is Ashley! I am 20 years old and currently live in Illinois. I AM going to lose 45 more pounds! I am currently a sophomore in college and have a part time job! As of right now I have no clue of what I want to do with my life,im torn between 2 things, moving to Nashville to major in music business or moving to Chicago to go to cooking school and eventually start my own business? I guess you can say thinking about the future kind of stresses me out because I change my mind on what I want to do with my life everyday!

I have been over weight my whole life. My highest weight was 210! In June to 2013 I finally realized it was time for a life style change! I completely changed my eating habits and started to exercise! Slowly but surely the weight is starting to come off!
