Hello everyone:)
My name is Ashley. I am currently 20 years old. In May of 2013 I decided it is time for a change! That when I completely changed my eating habits and started to exercise. I have learned over time that its 75% of what you eat and 25% of exercise. My goal weight is 145.

I have been overweight my whole life! I was never bullied in school for my weight but, I decided it was time for a change. Just this past year I have been thinking a lot about my future and what I want to do with my life. Nobody wants to marry an overweight person, and I want to be healthy for my future kids.

My plan:
1.Eat about 1200-1500 calories a day
2.Workout 4-5 times a week
3.Drink only water
4.No soda
5.Atleast 3 servings of fruits or veggies a day
*Diets don't work, they have never once worked for me and I have probably tried almost every diet in the book so instead of going on a 'diet' I just really watch what I eat. This year I plan on doing a juice cleanse maybe a couple times to see how it works!

1.Hit my goal weight of 145

2.Run a 5k

3.Look good in a bikini by summer

4.Pay off some debt(I LOVE SHOPPING)

7.Step outside of my comfort zone and try new things

8.Live 2014 to the fullest, try my best, and regret nothing

My Program:
*1200 calories a day
*walk 3 miles 5 times a week
*no fast food
*no soda

Hey guys, my name is Ashley! I am 20 years old and currently live in Illinois. I AM going to lose 45 more pounds! I am currently a sophomore in college and have a part time job! As of right now I have no clue of what I want to do with my life,im torn between 2 things, moving to Nashville to major in music business or moving to Chicago to go to cooking school and eventually start my own business? I guess you can say thinking about the future kind of stresses me out because I change my mind on what I want to do with my life everyday!

I have been over weight my whole life. My highest weight was 210! In June to 2013 I finally realized it was time for a life style change! I completely changed my eating habits and started to exercise! Slowly but surely the weight is starting to come off!

Always remember that a step in the RIGHT direction, no matter HOW small, is STILL a step in the RIGHT direction! Don't be discouraged by SLOW progress for progress is progress no matter it's speed! As long as you focus each day on getting better & on moving forward, you will continually be moving in the direction of CHANGE, in the direction of HOPE & in the direction of SUCCESS! Words can either build someone up or bury them alive. Choose to be kind, always. When we choose to judge or put others down, it tells more about our own character than it ever could say about theirs.
