My So-Called Life

I'm 25 years old and feel like I've been fighting a constant battle against my poor luck in the genetics lottery; I have PCOS, Endometriosis, High Cholestorol, a Vitamin D deficiency and I'm Insulin Resistant with some mild IBS and a handful of food intolerances. I just want to shed this excess weight and feel like I'm living in my own skin again!

My Goals:
Goal 1 - Lose 10kg by my birthday at the end of March 2013.

Goal 2 - Lose a further 10kg by 30 June 2013.

Goal 3 - Be under 100kgs by my second wedding anniversary in August 2013.


My Program:
I've previously tried the Michelle Bridges 12WBT program and am using the exercise and food plans from that as a basic foundation.

I'm following a low-carb, low-GI, high(ish) protein diet and aiming to do cardio 5 days a week with 3 days including weight resistance training.

Personal Information:
I'm Ash. I'm 25. I live in Canberra, Australia. I'm married to a wonderful and supportive husband who has only ever known me as 'big'. I want to show him how fabulous I can really be when I'm not burdened by the daily struggle of being overweight so we can have a healthy and happy future together.
