Being Healthy

I found out about SparkPeople from a friend while we were camping a couple of years ago. While he was telling us about it, I had to find out more. I must say that I am not really one that needs to worry about losing weight. And that's not really want I want to do. I just want to be fit and healthy. I want to help people who want to lose weight and be fit and healthy get to the goals that they would like to reach and see. I want to be a supporter for someone who needs it, and wants it. I am a huge fan of the Biggest Loser! I love doing Turbo Jam and P90X in the mornings and evenings. Working out is just fun to me.

Are you studying for your personal trainer cert? I got mine last spring-although I enjoy the all around coaching a lot more-I do wellness coaching at the Y too:)
