Hey there! I have been on Sparkpeople since 2008. To be honest, I have fallen much more than I have been successful but I keep trying. Since 2008 I had lost about 20 lbs and kept it off until I got married in October 2013. Slowly, I have seen the pounds pack back on. My Program:
II stick to:

3 small meals and 3 snacks daily.

-1300-1500 calories a day

- Gym work outs w/ strength training 2x per week. 3 times per week elipical at home.

-8 glasses of water or more a day

-at least 5 fruits and veggies a day

-No eating after 8pm


Personal Information:
I am from the small state of Delaware but currently just live over the border in Maryland. I love electronic dance music, dancing, and shopping. I also love to play dress up and model wedding dresses!

Yeah, people are seriously nuts. You definitely are the bigger, better person!

Oh mannnn stupid Chinese food!! I'm sorry that made you feel yucky. Blahhhh.

I'm doing okay. The weekend was rough. My best friend's dad passed away on Friday, so it was just a very sad, chaotic weekend. And food was all over the place. But, I'm back to it this week! Just gotta be consistent.

Just is frustrating when you do everything right. I feel like "normal"
people make changes and see results and then I literally have to starve in order to lose anything..lol..thanks dead metabolism! Anyways how have you been? How was your weekend? Might be taking an extra rest day tonight. I went to the gym yesterday but I'm tired.

I hear ya on the rough weekend. I ate way too much... Feel a bit bloated myself.
Took Sophie for a walk though, and she loooved that, so that was good!

Ready to get back to business today!

AWESOME on the 2 lb loss!!
