Since 2008 I had lost about 20 lbs and kept it off until I got married in October 2013. Slowly, I have seen the pounds pack back on. II stick to:

3 small meals and 3 snacks daily.

-1300-1500 calories a day

- Gym work outs w/ strength training 2x per week. 3 times per week elipical at home.

-8 glasses of water or more a day

-at least 5 fruits and veggies a day

-No eating after 8pm


Personal Information:
I am from the small state of Delaware but currently just live over the border in Maryland. I love electronic dance music, dancing, and shopping. I also love to play dress up and model wedding dresses!

I'm alive. I fell off my wagon again and was too busy to get back up. Last week was just crazy. I was gone most of the week for work conferences and then the weekend was a blur as well. My house is trashed, I haven't even had time to unpack and honestly the last thing I thought to do was come on Spark but I am back and hoping for a calmer and slower November because I got some end of the year goals to attain! How have you been doing?

I survived yesterday without a binge!! Woo hoo.
After dinner, I really, really wanted ice cream. But I distracted myself by journaling instead. It worked. I will try and do the same if I get that "urge" tonight as well.

Hey, do you have any idea how to set-up notifications to get emails when someone posts on my page & blog??? It isn't notifying me of them! I can't find it in my settings anywhere...

How did you do yesterday? Whats the plan for today, Ash?!

Hey lady...why is it that I feel my comments to you are always the same LOL AKA I have been struggling again. I want to lose weight and get healthy but for some reason have not been changing...I don't know whats wrong with me. :( How have you been doing?

Me too, Ash!! We can do this! We just have to remind ourselves that it isn't about perfection. We can still eat what we want, just smaller portions, and not all on the same day.

So much easier said than done! BUT we can and WILL do it.
