Hey there! I have been on Sparkpeople since 2008. To be honest, I have fallen much more than I have been successful but I keep trying. Since 2008 I had lost about 20 lbs and kept it off until I got married in October 2013. Slowly, I have seen the pounds pack back on. Mid-term- lose 20-30 lbs by birthday May 3rd 2015

Long term-Be in the 150's by the end of summer 2015!

My Program:
II stick to:

3 small meals and 3 snacks daily.

-1300-1500 calories a day

- Gym work outs w/ strength training 2x per week. 3 times per week elipical at home.

-8 glasses of water or more a day

-at least 5 fruits and veggies a day

-No eating after 8pm


Personal Information:
I am from the small state of Delaware but currently just live over the border in Maryland. I love electronic dance music, dancing, and shopping. I also love to play dress up and model wedding dresses!

You totally need to set that thing up! I hope now that we are a few days later you have. :) How has your week been going? I lost 1.2 this morning at weigh-in. Not amazing but definitely in the right direction. I just can't wait till I see a 6 instead of a 7! Anyways hope that this week hasn't been too hectic and YAY for a relaxing 3 day weekend!

Congrats on getting your new fitbit! I left my jawbone in a dressing room last weekend. Thankfully someone had turned it in so when I went back an hour later it was still there! Phew! How has your week gone? Mine has been a 50/50. Mon and Tues were good but the last two days have been not so great. Wish I had more self control!

I'm so glad you are doing well! It does feel great to be back on track. I had a very small loss this morning from last week which I was very happy about. Any loss is nice to see and I really can't wait to have a full week back on track and see the scale next week. I can't wait to see progress again. January was such a good month and then I slacked so bad for the last three. Looks like May is on the upswing! :)

Well this weekend I went clothes shopping which of course always brings out the things I hate most...being overweight...so although it feels like I say this every Monday...I'm going to work my butt off this week and finally start getting some of this weight off! How was your weekend?
