Hey there! I have been on Sparkpeople since 2008. To be honest, I have fallen much more than I have been successful but I keep trying. Since 2008 I had lost about 20 lbs and kept it off until I got married in October 2013. Slowly, I have seen the pounds pack back on. I don't want to fall into bad habits so I am trying my hardest to get back on track and lose what I gained plus some!

Short term goal: Lose 10 lbs by August 2014!

Mid-term- lose 30 lbs by Christmas 2014

Long term-Be in the 140's by next summer!

My Program:
II stick to:

3 small meals and 3 snacks daily.

-1300-1500 calories a day

- Gym work outs w/ strength training 3x per week. 2 times per week elipical at home.

-8 glasses of water or more a day

-at least 5 fruits and veggies a day

-No eating after 8pm


Personal Information:
I am from the little old state of DE but just moved to Maryland just minutes from the DE line. At least I can say that I've lived in 2 different states! lol

Ughh the holidays are so hard! I feel like we work so hard every yr to lose the 15 lbs we gain the winter. Then it all started over 10 months later! This yr was 60 lbs for but hey whos counting? lol Hows married life? We are good, we walked the mall 4 days this week. Getting my exercise and he gets a nap at the same time everyday, win win!

I lost a whopping .2 of a pound this week, lol.
