Hey there! I have been on Sparkpeople since 2008. To be honest, I have fallen much more than I have been successful but I keep trying. Since 2008 I had lost about 20 lbs and kept it off until I got married in October 2013. Slowly, I have seen the pounds pack back on. I don't want to fall into bad habits so I am trying my hardest to get back on track and lose what I gained plus some!

My Goals:
Short term goal: Lose 10 lbs by August 2014!

Mid-term- lose 30 lbs by Christmas 2014

Long term-Be in the 140's by next summer!

My Program:
II stick to:

3 small meals and 3 snacks daily.

-1300-1500 calories a day

- Gym work outs w/ strength training 3x per week. 2 times per week elipical at home.

-8 glasses of water or more a day

-at least 5 fruits and veggies a day

-No eating after 8pm


Personal Information:
I am from the little old state of DE but just moved to Maryland just minutes from the DE line. At least I can say that I've lived in 2 different states! lol

Thanks for reading my blog and showing your support! One thing that helped me was just going day by day. Some nights I would have a craving to snack before bed and I just kept telling myself that I can eat breakfast as soon as I wake up. That usually helped enough to get me through. Good luck restarting today. Remember today is just another chance to get it right. You can do it! :D

I've heard St. Lucia is a beautiful place. Maybe someday I'll get to go there. And don't beat yourself up too hard. 5 lbs is better than none!! This is a tough journey and if you gotta start over then you gotta start over. You can do it!!!!

Hey lady!!! I've been doing well! The first trimester was a little rough...always felt sick to my stomach, couldn't sleep which led to always being tired. I'm feeling much better though and I'm actually able to sleep for longer than 2 hours lol
How have things been going for you? Don't you go on your vacay soon?!

Yes!!! It's definitely a lot of change!! Were slowly getting our house put together and then we will have to put it together a little more once we find out if were having a girl or boy lol
