I agree that I don't only need to eat soups and salads-I actrually had pizza last night, just not an excessive amount. I've just started that way because I was coming off a cleanse and was restricted for that reason. I have been trying some different lettuces--haven't tried butter lettuce yet, but I did see it. I've also been trying putting different things in like sunflower seeds, beans, fruit, etc. The thing is--I've always really liked salads, so it's an easy way for me to go. I'm also trying making my own dressings so they are more natural. I started with Ranch. It's good but a little peppery--less pepper next time. Thanks for your encouragement! 2441 days ago
Hi--which weigh in? BL weigh in had me down 5 pounds as of Wednesday (fully dressed with my shoes on). I finally weighed in at home this morning & I am down 10lbs. It's really just back down to what I weighed forever...just managed to lose all the weight I gained over the past year. Yeehaw. I have been exercising & eating really well, so hopefully the numbers will continue to go down at a pretty good rate. We shall see. Slow & steady. :) Love you.
