My husband and I live in the mountains of northern Idaho, near Sandpoint. I am retired and loving it.
I have 110 pounds to lose. Poco a poco = little by little. That is how an ancient former neighbor handbuilt his amazing mountain cabin, and it is how I will reach my goal.
We have a mixed breed dog who came from the local shelter. He was a bit reserved at first, but he has grown into a loving and enthusiastic friend.

I want to accomplish these things on my health ...

- Improve the components of my nutrition (less sodium, more protein, adding healthy fats, etc.).
- Become physically stronger.
- Eat better, healthier.
- Sleep better.

I want to become more involved in my community by volunteering at the hospital, dog shelter, or some other organization. I enjoy helping people and animals.
