My Goals:
my goal is to lose 50lbs and about 8 to 10 inches and i would like to find ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle i have also incorporated to cook so that my husband who doesn't want to lose weight be able to lose some weight

My Program:
i have started to exercise slowly because i recently had a knee injury. I am also cutting down sugar and high calorie foods. I try to talk to other about weight loss but there is no one i can be confident in so i have use the internet.
