There's no such thing as being "fat and happy"

I feel like there is a big difference for me in weighing 140 versus 130. So after a huge accident that prevented me from working out for a while at the beginning of this year, I have decided to get rid of some of that weight I gained while forced to be a couch potato. I want to start training again for my first half marathon because my training schedule was interrupted by that accident. I want to get back down to what I call my "anemic" weight (see skinny photo from summer), but minus the ...

I want to look good, but more importantly, feel confident about how I look.

My Goals:
-Positive thinking
-Weigh 130 (or less!)
-Flat stomach
-Avoid anemia
-Never wear my "fat jeans" again

My Program:
I absolutely love doing cardio! Running is usually part of my cardio plan, but Zumba, Step, and Gilad also are a big part of cardio to me. I also love going to the gym and doing the weight machines there. I actually prefer to eat healthy (or so I have always thought) so I see eating healthy as the most fun part of my program!

Personal Information:
UNC student...go heels!!

Running a half marathon in August!

I love your statement re: no such thing as being fat and happy!! I've often had that thought, but never quite to the point of putting words to it. Great thought to hold onto!
