My Goals:
I am working on the last 20 lbs post lap band surgery. It's been an emotional and exciting journey. Share it with me!

My goal weight is 170 lbs.
I want to be a size 10 or better.
I want tone arms and to have lost enough body fat to have a tummy tuck.

My Program:
Weekly schedule for fitness:
Monday, Friday, Sunday--Gym time for sauna and treadmill
Tuesday, Thursday--Fitness bootcamp at work which consists of cardio and weight training plus stretches; Ballroom dancing lessons (I love these!)
Wednesday and Saturday--relax with family
Journal daily

Iíve belonged to a lot of teams here on spark-- i really do believe that the Emotional Eaters team is one of the very best, itís a great group of people- very supportive and encouraging-- and it is very refreshing to talk with people who "get" what you're going through!!

Check out the main page of the EE team- there are ďstickiedĒ topics you may be interested in to get involved- a buddy thread, a place to introduce yourself, weigh-in challenge, a birthday post.

Spark has a lot of great tools, and you will learn which ones work best for you. The best tools are the people tho, always willing to lend a hand, an ear, or a shoulder. Iíve been here for over a year now, and I still am overwhelmed, every day, by the kindness and goodness of others on this team!! That has made a world of difference for me. I hope you have the same success!

Welcome to the emotional eaters team. You will get a lot of support, advice and encouragement here. Post us often. We will listen and help pick you up when you mess up and pat you on the back when you succeed. A valuable tool is the nutrition tracker. You will find it under the my tools tab. It will show your calories, fat, carbs and protein. Drink 8 glasses of water a day and get 30 grams of fiber with the water a day. Exercise 30 min. a day. Spark mail me if you need any help. Check out my spark page. Maybe it will inspire you.
