I'm 29, with not much to loose. I just want to be healthy again and live a healthy and active lifestyle. I used to be very active, I played water polo and swam all my life. After high school I stopped working out completely, ate terribly and have gained 25 pounds because of it. It's not that much to drop but I have a feeling that it may be a bit of a challenge. I love to eat all the wrong foods and I know that I need to kick that bad habit to the curb! I just got engaged on my 29th birthday...now I have more motivation to get this done!

Fitness Minutes: 9,077

My Goals:
I want to bet back down to 125 like I was in high school. I want to work out at least 5 days a week, EVERY WEEK...not every few weeks!

I want to drop 5 pounds a month until I reach my target weight. That is more of a realistic goal.


My Program:
Pretty much I do 30 minutes of cardio 5 times a week. Most of the time I end up doing 45-60 minutes which is better than nothing! I strength train 3 times a week, usually Monday,Wednesday and Friday. I am open to suggestions to change up my routine! So please leave me any and all suggestions!



Personal Information:
I was born in Anaheim and have lived in Southern California all my life. Now I live in Fountain Valley close to the beach! I love the beach and the water so I think that's what keeps me here. But I would love to live in the mountains~ I was very active in high school I played water polo all 4 years. I loved every minute of it! I have been a swimmer all my life and I really need to get back into the pool.


Other Information:
After high school I went to a community college and took nothing but art classes. I have some ridiculous number of art credits, like 80 I think. So finally I have decided to get my AA Degree and transfer to a university to get my Bachelor's in Fine Arts. I love art and painting and drawing...I can get stuck for hours on end.

    You asked how long I have been painting. I did a little watercolor when I was in high school and for a year in my late 20's during the time I was doing window painting then our house caught on fire and burned up all my supplies. I didn't paint again until I retired 8 years ago. I saved up my money from work so when I retired I could paint if I wanted to. I don't work at trying to sell them but work at having fun. I do sell some of them and they pay for supplies.
