On week ends anounce you are still watching what you eat. Write all down and get it to Spark nutrition page. It is such a motivater for me. I look things up on my phone before I eat them. If it is new stuff. the phone App is great if you have the kind of phone to get it.
I keep doing the same thing.. and expect different results! Weekends have to be planned or I am in big trouble with the food!! So here I am on Monday starting over agian. When will this cycle end? When will I give up and let go. Help me Lord! 2010 days ago
I have found Spark to be great... I love the food tracker. It is working I am losing weight. I also like being accountable to someone. My partner is little and cute ..etc. I want to get to my younger weight for health and looks. 2013 days ago
