    No, you are not werid - in response to your post on 'Honestly, how do you feel after a good workout?'.
    You just need to get your head around exercising - and first of all don't call it exercise. Think of what you are doing for yourself and your body. I also just think how lucky I am to have a body that moves, even if it is only for 20 minutes. So get out there and move, just a bit at a time, and surprise yourself on how much better you get each week. And be proud of yourself every time you do something physical. Soon, you may start loving it and then craving it.
