A little at a time

I had gastric bypass in 2006 and lost over 150 lbs. I've gained 40 of those lbs back, and while healthier than I was for most of my life, I want to make the changes that will re-lose my excess weight, and keep healthy eating sustainable for life.

No, you are not werid - in response to your post on 'Honestly, how do you feel after a good workout?'.
You just need to get your head around exercising - and first of all don't call it exercise. Think of what you are doing for yourself and your body. I also just think how lucky I am to have a body that moves, even if it is only for 20 minutes. So get out there and move, just a bit at a time, and surprise yourself on how much better you get each week. And be proud of yourself every time you do something physical. Soon, you may start loving it and then craving it.
Good luck and welcome to SparkPeople emoticon
