I read books mainly about health. Mystery, true crime and some non-fiction books also interest me.

Thanks for commenting on my 10 calories blog! Love that "banking" analogy . . . for me, it's "how many calories I want to spend" and for "how much nutrition": much like a bargain hunting shopper!!

Hi Kathleen! Thanks for taking the time to visit my page and leave your comments about the potential benefits of eliminating wheat from my diet. I have considered it, but because I don't have any digestive issues with my fibro, I didn't think it would help me much. Perhaps I need to look into this a little more. Thanks again!

Hi Kathleen, How you doing these days? I saw the FitBit article and contest on the Sp site and entered to win. Slim chance, but wanted to ask you how you like yours. Do you still use it and where did you get it? I hope you're doing well, I'm busy but packing a few things here and there for next month and am really getting anxious to just get back in the warm sun. Maybe snow on Monday, but I hope not too much for us. Take care, Maggie

Hi Kathleen, Great to hear from you. I'm leaving Jan. 7 and I will be there until the first week in April. I'm running around in Windsor getting all my Christmas stuff done and starting to pack up those special things that my daughter can't get in the US. Hope you're doing well at the gym. Regards, Maggie

Hey there, hear you joined a gym. Good for you. I think I'll be joining the "Y" again when I hit Florida. My daughter wants us to get a family plan while I'm down there. She says hooking up with you will be no problem. I think we should meet in Palm Beach. We've lots of time to figure it out. I've always wanted to take the Tri-Rail and now I'll have an actual destination. Hope you're well and break yourself in easy at the gym. Regards, Maggie
