My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy, fit and lose 10 lbs.. I would like to lower my blood pressure to 120/80 Oct.2012 5' 4"
My Program:
I am tracking my food and keeping my calories between -1200 -1300 I work out 3 times a week with weights, do zumba and aerobics classes. I walk 1 hr. most days Tracking with my fitbit

I live in Ontario Canada: I have been married to my DH for 33 years I have 2 boys and 3 grandchildren
Other Information:
I read books mainly about health. Mystery, true crime and some non-fiction books also interest me. I meditate for 20min most days and attend seminars on healthy living.
